治疗方法 Therapy Methods

• 使用龙抬头颈椎牵引器可以采用左、卧、站三种体位治疗。
• The therapy by LongTaiTou cervical tractor may be exercised in 3 positions of sitting, sleeping and standing.

• 牵引力要从小重量开始（３－４ｋｇ），一般体重（６０ｋｇ）牵引力在１０－１２ｋｇ时，颈椎间隙牵开最大。
• A gentle traction force (3-4kg) is recommended of beginners; normally a 60 kg person needs 10-12 kg traction force in order to maximize his cervical intravertebral room.

• 每日间断牵引１－２次，每次２０分钟。
• The therapy may be exercised intermittently, 1-2 time per day, 20 minutes each.

• 可按医嘱要求进行牵引治疗。

• Medical recommendation is desirable for therapy.

Counter Indications 禁忌症

• 有严重的心肺疾病及脑血管疾病者禁用。
• No applicable to serious cardiac and cerebrovascular patients.

• 有出血倾向，恶性肿瘤，高热，牵引区骨折，牵引区有皮肤破坏者禁用。
• Not applicable to patients who have hemorrhagic, malignant tumor, severe fever, fracture in traction sector, damaged skin in traction sector.

• 中、重度脊髓型颈椎病者禁用。

• No applicable to vertebra-cervical diseases of medium or serious degrees
